氧化电位水对枯草杆菌芽胞杀灭效果及其评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 检测酸性氧化电位水对细菌芽胞的杀灭效果。 方法 将金星、戊二醛、酸性氧化电位水三种消毒剂对细菌芽孢进行定性灭菌试验 ,观察其灭菌效果 ;对酸性氧化电位水进行定量杀菌试验 ,观察其杀菌效果。 结果 金星、戊二醛 6 0 min达到灭菌效果 ,酸性氧化电位水 75 min达到灭菌效果 ;酸性氧化电位水作用 30 min后 ,杀灭率为 99.95 % ,达到消毒合格要求。 结论 酸性氧化电位水具有良好的杀菌效果 。 Objective To evaluate the germicidal efficiency of Acid oxyoated electrosolution on bacterial spores. Methods Three kinds of disinfectant,Jingxin liquid ,Glutaraldehyde solution and Acid oxyoated electrosolution were used to kill B.subtilis var.inger spores. At the same time,germicidal experiments were made with quantitative methods,observe the disinfection effect. Result Sterilization effect was obtained at 60 minute by Jingxin liquid and Glutaraldehyde solution,75 minute by Acid oxyoated electosolution. When Acid oxyoated electrosolution applied,the killing rate was 99.95% in 30 minute. Conclusion This study indicated that Acid oxyoated electrosolution was an ideal green disinfectant with good germicidal efficiency.
