核酸对实验鼠多种功能调节作用的研究

A Study of Nucleic Acid's Multifunctional Regulation on Experimental Mice

目的 为了研究核酸保健食品对实验鼠免疫、血脂、疲劳和肝损伤的影响。 方法 采用昆明种小鼠和 wis-tar大鼠 ,分别经口给予 3个剂量组的核酸保健食品 ,按卫生部公布的保健食品功能试验方法进行。 结果 巨噬细胞吞噬指数、抗体积数、耳轮廓肿胀度都有显著增加 ;游泳时间、肝糖原含量显著增加 ,血清尿素氮显著下降 ;明显降低血 TC和动脉粥样硬化指数 (TC- HDL - c) / HDL - c,增加 HDL - c含量 ;谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、气球样变、细胞坏死都有显著降低。 结论 补充外源性核酸具有调节免疫功能、抗疲劳、降血脂。

Kunming mouse and wistar rats are given three experimental nucleic acid orally in order to study nucleic acid's multifunction on immunity, blood fat, anti-fatigue and chemical protection against liver damage. The result shows that complementing of nucleic acid can regulate distinctively the immunity and body fluid immunity, prolong mouse's endurance, decrease cholesterol and arteriosclerosis indexes, and alleviate liver's pathological change.
