摘要
目的 总结膀胱阴道瘘的治疗经验。 方法 对 15例膀胱阴道瘘进行回顾性分析。 结果 15例中 13例成功 ,成功率 86 .7% ,2例失败 ,其中一例曾进行过一次修补 ,1例系宫颈癌放疗后引起。
Objective To sum up the experience of surgical repair of vesicovaginal fistulas. Methods 15 cases of vesicovaginal fistulas were reviewed retrospectively. Result 86.7%(13 of 15)of patients were cured. The 2 failures occurred in patients with a history; One of surgical repair, the other pelvic malignancy revolving radiotherapy. Conclusion The correct clinical judgement on fistulas and the choice of surgery is the key to a successful peration.
