正义的困境

The Dilemmas of Justice

正义问题是伦理学中重要的论题,也是现实社会生活中必须解决而又难于解决的问题,特别是关于经济领域中的分配正义的问题更是如此。在西方,亚里士多德所提出的分配正义中的伦理困境一直困扰着历来的伦理学家,他们都力图走出这一困境。著名伦理学家罗尔斯在这方面做出了杰出的贡献。但是,在我国现实生活中,这一伦理困境却仍然困扰着我们,找到解决这一困境的办法仍然是我们的一大难题。

Justice is not only an important issue in ethics but in reality as well. It is difficult to achieve justice in everyday life especially when it is concerned with economic distribution. However, justice should be achieved simply because this is what all of us desire for. The ethical dilemma of distributive justice, which was discussed by Aristotle in the West, has always been puzzling ethical theorists, who have tried every means to solve this problem. John Rawles, a distinguished ethicist, has contributed a lot to the resolution of this issue. However, this is still a problem puzzling Chinese people.
