摘要
我国高新技术产业主要集中在制造业,由于制造业具有关联效应、技术进步率高、易形成规模经济,使制造业成为高新技术产业发展的增长极。单一经济增长极不能维持经济的持续增长,主导产业群体的转换需要多个经济增长极交替发挥作用,多极增长需要克服技术创新中存在的问题,并对创新机制进行改革。
Hightech industries in China are mainly concentrated in the area of manufacturing due to the fact that the manufacturing industry is closely related to other industries, that it is able to absorb hightechnology at a faster rate, and that scale economy can be easily achieved in this industry. As a result, manufacturing industry has become one growth pole in hightech industries. However, single growth pole cannot maintain economic growth for a long period of time. Multigrowth poles are required in dominant industries because they can surpass each other to foster economic growth. However, the formation of multigrowth poles requires that problems hindering technological innovation be solved in the first place and a new system of innovation be established.
