摘要
现代政治文明的核心或实质是法治,法治是社会主义政治文明的基本标志,它的根本内容是以法治为基础的民主政治;从人治到法治,是社会主义政治文明的形成,建设社会主义法治国家,这是现代政治文明的历史性发展。
The core or essence of the modern political civilization is rule by law which is the basic character of socialist political civilization. Its essence is the democratic politics based on rule by law. The formation of the socialist political civilization evolves from rule by men to rule by law. The construction of a socialist country based on rule by law is the historical development of modern political civilization.
