中国的改革始于农村 ,农村的改革又首先在土地制度上取得突破 ,但随着我国农村经济体制改革的不断的深入 ,农村中的土地问题不断出现 ,而这些问题或多或少的与我国农村土地产权制度有关。特别是随着市场经济的发展和新一轮农村土地承包责任制的启动和实施 ,不仅是深化农村土地产权制度改革成为燃眉之急 ,而且为进行这一制度建设提供了有利时机。本文就我国农村土地产权制度改革中应注意的问题 。

The reform of China began from rural area and th e rural reform first made a breakthrough in farmland system but with the deepening system reform of rural economy in China,the issues of farmland in rural area ha ve appeared constantly and such issues,more or less,are related with property ri ght system of farmland in rural area.Furthermore,with the development of market economy and the beginning and implement of the new round of farmland contract an d responsibility system,deepening the reform of property right system of farmlan d in rural area has not only become extremely urgent but also provided useful op portunity for further building the system.The paper puts forward the relevant op inions about the issues in the property-right system reform of farmland in Chin a.
