大鼠脾悬液和原位树状突细胞的免疫组化观察

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL OBSERVATION ON DENDRITIC CELLS IN SUSPENSION AND IN SITU OF THE RAT SPLEEN

采用 ABC 免疫酶标技术,观察了大鼠脾悬液和原位树状突细胞的 S-100蛋白免疫反应性。结果表明,脾悬液标本中的淋巴树状突细胞(LDC)和脾石蜡切片标本中的交错突细胞(IDC)、滤泡树状突细胞(FDC)均为显示棕黄色反应的 S-100蛋白阳性细胞。结合扫描电镜和透射电镜观察的结果,支持了 LDC 在体内的等同细胞是 IDC 的观点。

With avid in-biotin complex immunoperoxidase technique,the immunoreactivities for S-100 protein of lymphoid dendritic cells(LDCs)in isolated LDC-enriched fraction and in situ of rat spleen were observed.The results showed that the immunoreaetivi(?)ies of LDCs in cell suspensions and follicalar dendritic cells of splenic corpuscles and interdi -gitating dendritic cells(IDCs)of periarterial lymphatic sheaths in paraffin sections were all strongly positive(brown-yellow in colour).Combined with the results from SEM and TEM,it supports the view that the counterparts of LDC in situ is IDC.
