大鼠乳腺癌细胞系SHZ-88酶活性细胞化学分析

摘要 对大鼠乳癌细胞系 SHZ-88的 G-6-PDH、LDH、SDH 及 G-6 Pase 等酶进行细胞化学定性及半定量分析,并与相应的正常乳腺上皮细胞同种酶活性进行比较。结果显示,除 G-6-Pase 外,其余三种酶活性在 SHZ-88乳癌细胞系均较正常乳腺上皮细胞增强。这可能是 SHZ-88癌细胞碳水化合物代谢从有氧氧化转向无氧酵解,以适应癌细胞快速生长对核酸前体物的需要。 The activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G-6-PDH),lactate dehydro- genase(LDH),succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and glucose-6-phospatase(G-6-Pase) was analysed qualitatively and semiquantitatively using cytochemical method in SHZ-88 cell line,nomal mammary epithelial ceils and a case of DMBA-mammary carcinoma. A significantly higher enzyme activity was found in all but G-6-Pase in the carcinoma cells in comparison with that seen in normal mammary epithelial cells。It is possible that the intensification of enzyme activity of G-6-PDH,LDH andSDH in SHZ-88 cell line is a sigh of the shift of the carbohydrate metabolism from an aerobic to anaerobic glycolysis because of the increased need for nucleic acid precursors in carcinoma cells with faster growth rate.
