摘要
采用离体大鼠心脏钙反常模型,观察三七总皂甙(PNS)对心肌细胞钙反常损伤的影响。结果,PNS 未能减轻心肌 CPK 释放和钙聚集,对冠脉流出液中 SOD 活力和心肌超微结构损伤亦无保护作用。
Total sapon(?)ns of panax notoginseng(PNS)falled to decrease cardiac creatine phosphokinase release and to attenuare myceardial Ca^(2+)accumulation induced by calcium paradox in pericsed isolated rat hearts.PNS also had no protective effects both on activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the coronary effluent and the myocardial ultrastructuctural damage.
