纤维蛋白粘合剂粘合小动脉的组织学及超微结构观察

摘要 用纤维蛋白粘合剂对50条大鼠的颈总动脉进行粘合吻合,从术后,1~35d 对吻合口的愈合过程在光镜及扫描电镜下进行观察。结果显示,吻合口处的修复和常规的端—端缝合吻合是相似的。初期的标本上,吻合口处被纤维蛋白网状层覆盖,其间可见血小板及血细胞成分;术后7d 时,新生的内皮细胞部分覆盖吻合口,术后15d 时已完全覆盖吻合口。未发现纤维蛋白粘合剂引起明显的管壁损害。此外,实验结果提示,纤维蛋白粘合剂渗入管腔可导致血栓形成,应严格预防。 Fibrin—glued anastomoses were done on 50 rat common carotid arteries and healing procedure of the anastomotic sites was observed with a microscope and a scanning electron microscope from 1 to 35 days after operation.It is shown that the repair of anastomotic sites in the end to end gluing anastomsis is similar to that in the conventional end to end suturing anastomosis.In the initial stage,the anasto- motic sites are covered by a fibrin meshwork,where some platelets and blood cells are present.On the 7th day they are partly covered by the newly grown endo- thelial cells and completely repaired at 15 days after operation.No obvious damage of vessel walls caused by fibrin glue is found.Infiltration of fibrin glue into lumens can result in thrombosis and it should be prevented strictly.
