微波治疗增生性龈炎

TREATMENT OF HYPERPLASTIC GINGIVITIS WITH MICROWAVE

目的 观察微波治疗纤维增生性龈炎效果。方法 回顾分析 1 999年～ 2 0 0 2年我院 3 3例经微波治疗的纤维增生性龈炎患者的治疗情况。结果 两周内愈合 3 3例 ,3个月内随访未复发者 3 1例。

Objective To observe the effects of microwave on treatment of hyperplastic gingivitis.MethodsA retrospective study including 33 cases of patients with hyperplastic gingivitis treated by microwave.Results 33 cases of patients with hyperplastic gingivitis were cured with 2 weeks and 31 of them showed no recurrence within 2 months' follow-up.ConclusionThe microwave therapy is a good method for treatment of hyperplastic gingivitis especially when the drugs or clearance of teeth showing no reasonable effects.
