鼻窦内窥镜手术120例报告

A REPORT ON 120 CASES OF ENDOSCOPIC SINUS SURGERY

目的 探讨鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效。方法 使用鼻窦内窥镜行鼻息肉摘除、中下鼻甲切除等术。结果 1 0 3例在术后均获良好鼻通气 ,6 2例患者嗅觉改善 ,7l例头痛缓解。结论 用鼻窦内窥镜实施手术 ,视野清楚 ,对病变切除彻底 ,能最大限度地保留正常的解剖结构、生理功能 。

Objective To study the treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery to sinusits,nasal ployps and paranasal sinus cyst.Methods We excute functional paranasal sinus surgery in 191cativities of 120patients exicision the middle parts of nose.According to CT we opened the hidden parts of in forehead and the natural door of maxillary Results 103patients showed better ventilate after operation 62 patients Was showded improvde scent.71patients' headache was remittenced Conclusion To excute endoscopic sinus surgery,the field of vision is clear.The excision is thorough and it can keep the normal function of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.It can reduces postoperative complications.
