摘要
本文从生理病理、症状、病机、分型诸方面论述了脾胃虚弱,肺失清肃之咳嗽,并与悬饮,肝胆咳,痰热瘀肺等进行了鉴别,提出了脾胃咳之辨证分型及证治法则、方药。
From aspects on pathophysiology,symptoms and the principle and a ll types of diseases,the cough induced by impairment of purifying and descendi ng function of the lung due to deficiency of the spleen and the stomach is discu ssed.It is also differentiated with pleural effusion,liver-gallbladder cough and stagnation of warm-phlegm in the lung.The types of spleen-stomach cough b ased on analy-sis of symptoms,signs and the cause,the principle of treatment and prescriptions are stated.
