不同地区乳母乳汁中钙和镁含量的研究

LEVELS OF CALCIUM AND MAGNESIUM IN MILK OF LACTATING MOTHERS FROM DIFFERENT AREAS OF CHINA

测定了我国7个地区共1012份产后1～6个月乳母乳汁钙镁含量,结果表明,产后12d 内乳汁钙含量为235±54μg/g,以产后第2及第3个月最高,分别为245±49和245±50μg/g:产后12d 内乳汁镁含量为260±6.8μg/g,产后1个月内呈下降趋势,以后随泌乳期延长而增加。乳汁中钙含量存在一定地区差异,而镁含量差异不明显.未发现乳汁中钙镁含量与乳母膳食中营养素的摄取量有关。

The levels of calcium and magnesium in human milk were determined in 1012 lactating mothers from seven areas of China.The calcium content in human milk during the first 12 days after labor was 235±54μg/g and in the second and third month was 245±49 and 245±05μg/g,respectively。The magnesium content in human milk during the first 12 days after labor was 26.0±6.8μg/g and decreased within the first month,but from the second month on it increased with the lactation proceeded.The calcium content in human milk had significant differences among these areas and no significant difference was found in the magnesium content.There were no correlations between the calcium and magnesium contents in human milk and the nutrients intakes of the lactating mothers.
