A Primary Probe into the Strategic Adjustment System of Consumption with Chinese Characteristics

虽然生产决定消费,但消费对生产又有积极的反作用。在当前我国市场经济中,买方市场日趋突出的情况下,正确认识和调控消费,对国民经济的持续、快速、健康发展至关重要。为此,立足于现实基本国情,提出了建立有中国特色消费政策调控体系的初步构想,希望有助于人们的思考。

Production determines consumption, and consumption in turn interacts positively with production. In the current market economy in China, a seller's market is standing out. Therefore, a sound knowledge of consumption and its adjustment are of great significance to the sustainable, rapid and healthy development of national economy. Based on the practical reality of China, this paper structures a primary frame for setting up a strategic adjustment system of consumption with Chinese characteristics.
