西部人才培养的对策探讨

On the Training of Talented Personnel in the West

人才的培养最直接的依赖就是教育,但西部教育事业发展在全国是处于比较落后的水平。西部加快人才培养,应积极实施素质教育,深化学校人事制度改革,建立适应培育创造型人才的教育体制,重视提高少数民族适龄儿童的入学率、巩固率,提高教育教学质量,大力发展职业教育,加快教育信息化建设,给予特殊政策扶持,推进高等教育快速发展,使之适应新的国际环境。坚持教师要教学与科研并举,下大力气提高教师的科研能力。多渠道筹集教育经费,保障教育事业的健康发展和培养高素质人才。

The training of talented people depends directly on education. But the education level in the western region is comparatively low. So a lot has to be done to uplift it. What we have to do in this area is to implement qualityoriented education and improve education quality which is important to the growth of talented people. To do so, we have to establish an educational system geared to the cultivation of creative people, ensure enough fund for education, pay attention to the schooling of minority nationalities' children, promote the development of vocational schools, and create an environment for teachers to become good at both teaching and research. 
