摘要
在日益激烈的市场竞争中,现代企业中人力资源正以它特有的价值性、稀缺性和难以模仿性等经济资源的典型特征成为现代企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,对现代企业的可持续性发展具有决定性的重要意义。主要从价值保障、价值提升和创新等内容探讨企业的核心竞争能力,指出人力资源的开发正是现代企业拥有较高的耐久性,较低的占用性、转移性和模仿性的核心竞争能力,保持和增强可持续性竞争优势的关键所在。
In the increasingly intense market competition, human resources are becoming an important component of core competitiveness of modern enterprises with their unique values, scarcity and their being hard to simulate, which is of decisive significance to the sustainable development of modern enterprises. This paper mainly deals with the guarantee and uplifting of enterprises' core competitiveness, and then points out that the development of human resources are the key to the maintaining of sustainable competitive edge of modern enterprises.
