三种物理消毒法对轮状病毒 SA_(11)的灭活效果

摘要 紫外线、微波、干热三种物理消毒方法对轮状病毒 SA_(11)的灭活作用。结果表明,当紫外线强度为50μW/cm^2时30min 可使物体表面的 SA_(11)全部灭活;而对悬液中的 SA_(11),需强度达700μW/cm^2、5min 才能全部灭活。微波对轮状病毒 SA_(11)的灭活作用具有快速而效果好的特点。微波多功率90W、5min、320W、1min 或650W、30s 即能使悬液中 SA_(11)全部灭活。干热对轮状病毒 SA_(11)的灭活作用表现为:干热温度60℃、19h,100℃、5min 能使悬液中的病毒全部灭活。 The inactivation of Simian Rotaviruses by UV light,microwave,and heat was studied.The UV light of 50μw/cm^2 inactivated all Simian Rotaviruses on surface for 30 min.However,Simian Rotaviruses in suspension were inactivated only in ultravi- olet lamp of 700μw/cm^2 for 5 min.Microwave inactivated Simian Rotaviruses in suspension rapidly and effectually.The Simisn Rotaviruses had no residual infectivity after exposure to 90 W of microwave for 5 min,320 W for 1 min or 650 W for 0.5 min.The Simain Rotaviruses in suspension were inactivated at 60℃ for 19 h or 100℃ for 5 min.
