摘要
作者应用细胞色素C还原法,研究了数种平喘药对经FMLP活化的人中性粒细胞(PMN_s)超氧阴离子释放过程的影响。结果显示:异丙肾上腺素、Colforsin和Azelastine对PMN_s释放O_2^-过程具有显著的抑制作用,双丁酰环腺苷酸仅具轻度抑制作用,而AM-682对此过程几无抑制作用。并对上述作用机理和临床意义作了讨论。
The effects ot an:ia.sthmatic drugs on respiration burst in activated human polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) with method of cytochrome C reduction were investigated. The results showed that isoprotereno], colforsin and azelastine indueed a dose-dependent inhibition of FMLP-caused superoxied production by human PMN_s. D butyryl cyclic AMP only had a mild inhibitory effect and AM-682 had no effect on human PMNs superoxide production. The mechanism of the effect and its significance in therapy of asthma are discussed.
