On Establishing Some Means of Providing Order of the Cyber Ethics for College Students

随着互联网的发展 ,网络已对大学生的道德观念和行为带来了一些意料不到的负面影响。究其失范的原因 ,有多方面。因此 ,有必要加强网络伦理道德建设的研究 ,丰富学校德育内容 ,加强网络伦理培养 ,针对网络伦理弱化的现象 ,做好网上文明行为规范的建设 ,加强技术研究与管理 ,以技术控制有害信息的传播 ,加强学生道德自律 ,建立与时代同构的大学生网络伦理规范。

Along with the development of internet, the net has already brought out the unsuspectednegative effects on the students’ ethic idea and behavior. There are several reasons about it. It is necessaryto strengthen the study of cyberethics,to enrich moral education and to developcyber ethics, to strengthen technical research and management, to control the spreading of the harmful information, to establish some means of providing order of the cyberethics for college students. Its aim has been to reach decisions based on principled choices and defensible ethical principles and hence to provide more generalized conclusions, in terms of conceptual evaluations, moral insights, educational programs or legal advice.
