高校课外体育活动现代化探析

针对目前高校课外体育活动存在的误区进行了探讨分析。提出了高校课外体育活动必须树立正确的健身观念 ,提倡运动的健康性。科学设置课外体育活动内容 ,改变课外体育活动的竞技化、程式化倾向 ,从“应试教育”转向“素质教育”。

Analyses misunderstandings in current after school physical education in colleges and universities and points out that correct concepts of fitness in this education must be established.
