摘要
报道8例SLL和CLL的临床、病理和免疫组化的特征。尤其是B-SLL/CLL有隐结节、前淋巴细胞、副免疫母细胞;T-SLL/CLL扭核细胞、HEV,具有病理诊断价值。由于免疫表型不同,区別T或B-SLL/CLL是可能的,但要区别B-SLL/CLL或者区別T-SLL/CLL是十分困难的。目前已有报道L20MCAb与B-SLL和CLL起反应,而Aol MCAb只与B-CLL起反应,故Aol MCAb能区別B-SLL和CLL。
This article reports the clinical,pathological and immunohistochemical characteristics of eight cases of SLL and CLL. Findings especially valuable to the pathological diagnosis are pseudofollicular, pro lymphocytes and paraimmuno blast of B-SLL/CLL and twisted-nucleus cells and HEV of T-SLL/CLL. Owing to the difference in immunophenotype, it is possible to distinguish T-SLL/CLL from B-SLL/CLL. But the differentiation of T-SLL from T-CLL and B-SLL from B-CLL is extremely difficult. There are reports about reactions of 120 MCAb with B-SLL and CLL. But A 01 MCAb, which only reacts with B-CLL, is considered able to discriminate B-SLL from CLL.
