摘要
采用27种抗体在200例各种类型的肿瘤和正常组织中进行免疫组化染色,显示石蜡切片经胰蛋白酶消化后,一部分抗体的免疫反应有所增强。但也有一部分抗体没有变化,甚至一部分抗体可转为阴性结果。说明胰蛋白酶消化要根据各种抗体,以及其厂家、批号的不同,经多次试验来决定是否需要。
Immunaperoxidase stainings with 27 kinds of antibodies were studied in 200 c3ses of various tumors normal tissues. The results revealed that after trypsinization on formalinfixed paraffin-embedded sections, immunoreaction for antibodies were inereased in some sections, showed no changes in other sections, and transformed into negative reaction in the rest sections. It is recommended that application of trypsinization on the immunostaining might depend on experience in a few of experiments with various antibodies from different sources and different batch number.
