常规胸部CT扫描中冠状动脉钙化的检出率

摘要 目的 明确常规胸部CT所检测到的冠状动脉钙化(CAC)与年龄、性别相关检出率。资料与方法 用常规胸部CT扫描,在2200例男、女性受检者中,检测到485例(22.45%)钙化者;并将常规胸部CT检测率与最敏感的电子束CT(EBCT)检测钙化的检出率相比较。结果 常规胸部CT检测出钙化低于EBCT,其发生与年龄、性别的关系与EBCT检测结果相似。结论 常规胸部CT检查可获得提示冠状动脉疾病的诊断信息。 Objective To determine the age- and sex-related detecting rate of coronary artery calcification (CAC) on routine thoracic CT scans. Materials and Methods Of 2200 individuals who received routine thoracic CT scanning, CAC was detected in 485 (22.0 % ) . The results were compared with the reported detecting rate of CAC by EBCT, which has been considered the most sensitive method for the detection of CAC. Results The CAC rate detected by routine thoracic CT was lower than that detected by EBCT. The relationship of age or sex with CT-detected CAC incidence was similar to that with EBCT-detected CAC incidence . Conclusion Routine CT scanning can provide diagnostic information helpful in suggesting the presence of coronary artery disease.
