摘要
以CCl_4复制成大鼠急性肝细胞坏死模型,用单克隆抗溴脱氧脲嘧啶标记DNA技术,体内观察了胰腺激素对肝细胞DNA合成的影响,结果表明,胰高血糖素对肝细胞DNA合成具有一定的刺激作用,投予胰高血糖素后,DNA合成期细胞标记指数从对照组的0.04±0.02增高至7.40±1.61(P<0.01)。而胰岛素单独使用时对肝细胞再生无明显影响。
The effects of pancreatic hormones (glucagon and insulin) on DNA synthesis of hepatocytes in rats with acute liver cell necrosis induced by CC1_4 were studied in vivo using monoclonal antibromodeoxjuridine antibody staining technique The results showed that glucagon had some stimulatory effects on DNA synthesis of hepatocytes. After administration, the labelling index of DNA synthesizing cells increased from 0.01 ±0.02 of control group to 7.40 ±1.61 of glucagon group (P< 0.001). However, insulin, by itself, had no apparent effect on the regeneration of hepatocytes.
