摘要
提出了管内插入螺旋线的竖管降膜蒸发传热强化方法,并通过实验探讨了液膜雷诺数、传热温差和螺旋线插入物的结构参数对降膜蒸发传热性能的影响.结果表明,插入螺旋线与光管相比,传热膜系数可提高20%以上.
A method of strengthening heat transfer of falling film evaporation with a spring insert into a vertical tube was introduced in this paper. The influences of Reynolds number and total temperature difference as well as structure parameters of the spring inserts on heat transfer characteristics were examined. The result showed that the heat transfer coefficient of tube with spring inserts was 20% higher than that of the smooth tube.
