摘要
实验采用示踪技术测量降液管中液体的停留时间,结果表明:相同降液管宽度、相同气液负荷下,CTST与浮阀塔板比较,液体平均停留时间约小4~6 s.说明相同大小的降液管,CTST塔板上的降液管可处理的操作负荷比浮阀塔板的大.实验证明,CTST更适宜处理易发泡物系.
Liquid residence times in a downcomer were measured by using the tracer technique. Results obtained show that the calculated liquid residence time in downcomer of CTST plates is 4-6s smaller than the valve plates. By the experiment, It is found that CTST plates have more advantages than other traditional plates in coping with foaming systems.
