摘要 采用蚕豆根尖微核试验,分析清安河污染情况与消化道肿瘤的关系。结果表明,微核率的高低与不同水域的污染程度及沿岸居民消化道肿瘤死亡率呈明显相关。清安河沿岸居民消化道肿瘤死亡率较饮用自来水的城镇居民明显增高(χ~2=22.87,P<0.001)。该地区的水质污染可能是食管癌高发的危险因素之一。 The micronucleus test technique in Vicia Faba Root tips wasused in detection of the relationship between the pollution of Qingan river andthe mortality of digestive cancer. The result showed the association between thecontaminated river water (MCN%) and the mortality of digestive cancer. Themortality of digestive cancer in the persons lived by the river was much higherthan citizens from Huaicheng town (X^2=22.87, P<0.01). The pollution ofQingan river was one of morbifical agents in the digestive cancer.
