摘要
对江苏省12 259名0～14岁儿童进行流行病学调查。调查结果加权后表明江苏该年龄组小儿癫痫患病率5.1％,年发病率2.2％。90.2％病例首次发病在5岁以下,而73.91％在3岁以下。50.98％病例为原发性癫痫。继发性癫痫的主要病因为高热惊厥、产伤和中枢神经系统感染。
We have designed an epidemiological study on epilepsy among12259 children of 0-14 years old in Jiangsu province. The weighted results showedthat the morbidity rate was 5.1‰ and the annual incidence rate was 2.2‰ inJiangsu province. 90.2% of the cases had onset of epilepsy under 5 years of age and73.91% of the cases was under 3 years old. 50.98% of the cases was primaryepilepsy. The main causes of the secondary epilepsy were fever convulsion, birthinjury and infectious diseases of central nervous system.
