目的 研究戊酸雌二醇与炔诺酮的复方 (E N)对动物性激素影响。方法 小鼠子宫测重试验、观察大鼠阴道上皮细胞角化试验、观察兔子宫内膜变化试验。结果 E N使小鼠子宫增重 ,促进大鼠阴道上皮细胞角质化 ,使兔子宫内膜腺体增生。结论 动物实验表明 :E

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of compound estradiol valerate and norethisterone(E N) on Sex hormonal activity in animals. METHOD Test followed the three experimental methods:①Uterometry weight in mice,②To observe vaginal epithelial cells cornifies in rat,③To observe endometrial changes in rabbits.RESULTS Uterus weight was gained, E N made vaginal epithelial cells cornified in rats;promoted endometrial gland growth in rabbits.CONCLUSION E N have a significant estrogenic activity and a little progestinic activity in animals.
