摘要
目的 对以聚山梨酯 6 0 (吐温 6 0 )或聚山梨酯 80 (吐温 80 )为载体材料制备泰素非离子表面活性剂泡囊的工艺研究和含量测定方法进行考察 ,并比较评价其质量。方法 以吐温 6 0或吐温 80为载体材料 ,用逆相蒸发法制备泰素非离子表面活性剂泡囊 ,并对其形态学、包封率、pH值和相对黏度等性质进行了研究。结果 泰素非离子表面活性剂泡囊平均粒径分别为2 .35 4 μm和 2 .2 5 1μm ,包封率为 98.35 %和 97.97% ,pH值为 7.32和 7.2 2。 结论 以非离子表面活性剂吐温 6 0或吐温 80为载体材料选择逆相蒸发法优化工艺制备泰素非离子表面活性剂泡囊均是可行的 ,本实验研究为开发泰素新型静注制剂提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the preparation of taxol entrapped niosome (TAX NS) and evaluate its quality. METHOD The niosomes were prepared by reverse phase evaporation method (REV) with Polysorbate 60( Tween 60) as the carrier.The morphology of TAX NS, the entrapment efficiency and the pH were studied. RESULTS The niosomes were spherical with mean size of 2.354mm and the entrapment efficiency of the TAX NS was 98.35%.The pH was 7.32.CONCLUSION The technology of preparation of non ionic surfactant taxol vehicles was practicable and successful.
