强肝胶囊中芍药苷的高效液相色谱测定法研究

Study on determination of paeoniflorin in qianggan capsules by HPLC

目的 建立强肝胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 用C18柱 (4.6mm× 2 0 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相 :乙腈 水 (13∶87) ,检测波长为 2 30nm ,流速 :1mL·min-1。结果 芍药苷加样回收率为 96 .6 % ,RSD为 1.5 4 %。结论 方法简便 ,结果准确可靠 。

OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method of paeoniflorin in Qianggan Capsules. METHOD C 18 column was used in the HPLC method with acetonitrile water(13:87) as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min -1 and detection wavelength was at 230nm. RESULTS The recovery of the added sample was 96.6% and RSD was 1.54%. CONCLUSION This method is simple and the result is reliable.
