黄连清心片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Huanglianqingxin tablets

目的 建立黄连清心片中盐酸小檗碱含量测定方法。方法 采用荧光扫描法进行测定 ,激发波长Ex =345nm ,发射波长Em =5 5 0nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱线性范围 0 .0 2 5～ 0 .12 5 μg ,回收率为 98.6 4 % ,RSD为 1.35 %。 结论 本方法稳定 ,重现性好 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于黄连清心片的质量评价。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Berberine hydrochloride in huanglianqingxin tablets. METHOD Fluorescence scanning method was selected to determine the contents, Ex=345nm,Em=550nm.RESULTS Linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.025～0.125μg/μL. The recovery of berberine hydrochloride rate was 98.64%(RSD=1.35%). CONCLUSION This method is feasible,stable,sensitive and has good respeatability,and could be used to control the quality of huanglianqingxin tablets.
