氧氟沙星栓剂的制备及临床应用

The preparation of ofloxacin suppository and Its clinical treatment

目的 制备氧氟沙星栓剂 ,用于治疗细菌性阴道炎。方法 建立氧氟沙星栓剂的处方 ,配制和质控标准 ,用氧氟沙星栓对 6 3例细菌性阴道炎患者治疗。结果 制剂工艺简单 ,质量可靠 ,临床有效率达 98.4 %。

OBJECTIVE Ofloxacin suppository was prepared to treat bacterial vaginosis. METHOD The formulation、preparation and quality standard of ofloxacin suppository were designded. 63 bacterial vaginosis patients were treated with ofloxacin suppository. RESULTS The preparation of Ofloxacin suppository was simple and the quality is stable, the clinical effective rate was 98.4%. CONCLUSION Oflxacin suppository was effective in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
