摘要
研究粉防己碱(Tet)对两肾一夹型肾性高血压大鼠(2K1C RHR)收缩压和红细胞内总钙含量(采用原子吸收分光光度法测定)的影响,并与尼群地平(NT)和巯甲丙脯酸(Cap)进行了比较。结果表明,2K1CRHR 红细胞内总钙含量明显高于正常大鼠(分别为222±38和96±20μmol/L cells);Tet、NT 和 Cap 均能显著降低2K1C RHR 收缩压和红细胞内总钙含量。提示这些药物的降压作用均与降低血管平滑肌细胞内钙含量有关。
The effects of tetrandrine(Tet)on systolic blood pressure and total intracellular calcium content in erythrocytes were studied in two-kidney, one clip renal hypertensive rats(2K1C RHR)in comparison with nitrendipine (NT)and captopril(Cap).The results showed that total intracellular calcium content in erythrocytes measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry was significantly higher in 2K1C RHR than in normotensive rats(222±38vs96±20μmol/ L cells)and that Tet,NT and Cap induced a significant reduction in intraerythrocytic calcium content accompanied by a significant fall of systolic blood presssure in 2K1C RHR.These results suggest that the antihypertensive effect of Tet is accompanied by reducing intracellular calcium in vascular smooth muscle cells,similar to the other two antihypertensive drugs,NT and Cap.
