摘要
研究了不同浓度臭氧的表面消毒和空气消毒效果。结果表明,臭氧浓度19.0mg/M^3作用15min,大肠杆菌杀灭率为99.84%;23.4mg/M^3作用 60min,金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率为99.85%。高浓度(173.4mg/m^3)时只要作用5min,杀灭率均>99.9%,对 HAAg 和 HBsAg也有限好的灭活作用。空气消毒试验表明,在一定条件下,对枯草杆菌芽胞的杀灭率可.达90%以上。
Disinfection effect of ozone at different concentrations is reported in this paper.The experiraental results showed that ozone at concentration of 19.0mg/M^3 in 15 min could kill 99.84% of Escherichia coli and at 23.4mg/M^3 concentrations in 60 rain kill 99.85% of staphyiococcus aureus.It could kill over 99.9% of Escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus at high concentration 173.4mg/M^3)of ozone in 5 min,and could also in inactivate HAAg and HBsAg efficiently.The air sterilization test showed that ozone would kill over 90% of Bacillus subtilis var in the exaraination condition.
