摘要
简要介绍了红外光谱、核磁共振、凝胶色谱等现代仪器分析方法的方法特点 ,以及在魔芋葡甘低聚糖及其两种衍生物 (低聚 KGM醛酸丙酯、低聚 KGM醛酸丙酯硫酸酯 )的结构分析中的应用。红外光谱和 1 H- NMR图谱显示低聚KGM醛酸丙酯硫酸酯具有低分子类肝素的结构 ,凝胶色谱显示其相对分子质量为 4 0 0 0~ 30 0
Introduction on characters of modern instrument analysis method ,such as IR, NMR, GPC,and so on.These methods are used to structural analysis of Konjac glucomannan and its two derivatives(Hydroxypropyl oligo konjac glucomannuronate and Hydroxypropyl oligo glucomannuronate sulfate).The result of IR and NMR showed that Hydroxypropyl oligo glucomannuronate sulfate possessed the structure of heparinoid . The result of GPC showed its molecular weight was 4 000~3 000.
