摘要
在新产品开发风险中 ,动态联盟的战略方法在新产品开发中发挥重要作用和带来新的风险 ,提出了基于动态联盟的新产品开发风险的控制模型 。
The dynamic alliance strategy in the development of the new products plays an important roll and brings up new risks. The control model of the development risk based on the dynamic alliance is put forward, and the corresponding risk and risk control are also discussed.
