摘要
潘家口水库重力坝水平裂缝位于水下 ,危及坝体安全 ,水库被迫限制水位运行 ,严重影响效益发挥。采用水下封堵等综合措施在不降低库水位的情况下对裂缝进行了处理 ,使水库恢复了正常运行 。
Because of a horizontal slit under water in the gravity dam of Panjiakou reservoir, the security of the dam is in face of threatened . The beneficial result is affected to bring into play by running the reservoir under a limited water level. Synthetically measures, such as slit blocked up under water at the same time without dropping water level, are adopted to dispose of the dam slit, so the reservoir resumed normal function, and obtained a tremendous economic and social benefit.
