固定斜面导板的临床应用

目的:介绍固定斜面导板在矫治生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类一分类错牙合患者的临床应用。方法:选择10例以下颌后缩为特征的安氏Ⅱ类一分类患者,男6例,女4例,年龄11～13.5岁,平均12.3岁,都处于生长发育的高峰期,非高角病例。应用固定斜面导板,打开咬牙合,前移下颌,调整牙合位,并作矫治前后的头影测量值比较,进行统计学分析。结果:在矫治以下颌后缩为特征的安氏Ⅱ类一分类患者中效果显著。结论:固定斜面导板是一种简单有效打开咬牙合,调整牙合位,导下颌向前的口内装置。

Objective To introduce the clinical application of fixed inclined bite plate while treating juveniles with Angle class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion .Methods Ten patients (6 males and 4 females aged 11～13.5 years old)with Angle class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion were treated. They were all at the peak of growth ,but neither AFH nor PFH cases .Fixed inclined bite plate was used for bite-opening, forwarding mandible and adjusting occlusion.Cephalograms were taken for image analysis before and after the treatment . Results Fixed inclined bite plate was significantly effective on juveniles with class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion. Conclusion Fixed inclined bite plate is a simple but effective apparatus for bite-opening, adjusting occlusion and forwarding mandible in the orthodontic treatment in juveniles with class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion.
