根桩核烤瓷全冠修复牙体缺损的临床应用研究

Study on the renovation to defective tooth in porcelain fused to crown and foot cast post

目的:对根桩核烤瓷全冠修复牙体缺损进行临床应用研究。方法:对102例患者,142颗牙体缺损患牙,在根管治疗的基础上应用根桩核固位体结合烤瓷全冠进行修复。并经过半年以上时间的随访观察。结果:1颗桩折、1颗根折、1颗脱落、1颗崩瓷、1颗根尖炎反复发作,有效率96.6%。结论:根桩核烤瓷全冠修复牙体缺损,美观、牢固、耐咀嚼、生物相容性良好。

Objective To study the porcolain fused to crown and the foot cast post.Methods 102 cases with 142 defective teeth were renovated in porcelain fused to crown and foot cast post.Results The excellent rate is 96.6%. Conclusions It is beautiful and firm and on poison to renovat defective footh.
