单硝酸异山梨酯治疗心力衰竭的临床观察

The clinical analysis of isosorbide mononitrate treatment for heart failure

目的:总结临床应用单硝酸异山梨酯静脉制剂犤四川长征制药股份有限公司生产,商品名艾麦舒犦治疗心力衰竭患者的经验。方法:60例患者,随机分组,对照组常规使用利尿剂、洋地黄制剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂;治疗组在此基础上给予艾麦舒25mg加入5%葡萄糖液100ml～250ml中静滴,每日1次,5～7天为一疗程。结果:艾麦舒治疗心力衰竭的疗效优于对照组。结论:艾麦舒临床疗效确切,短期配合应用副作用小,使用方便。

Objective To summarize the experience of clinical applications of isosorbide mononitrate treatment for 31 patients with heart failure.Methods Sixty patients is dissolved in two groups . Routine groups use uretices , digitalis,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors ;control groups on the bases use intravenous instilment of 25mg isosorbide mononitrate dissolved in 100 ～250 ml of 5%glucose injection ,once a day, one period of treatment is 5 to 7 days. Results The efficiency rates of isosorbide mononitrate treatment for acute and chronic heart failures are higher that of the control group . Conclusions Isosorbide mononitrate is an effective drug with little side effect, and it can be used conveniently.
