摘要 目的了解临床对本科护理人才需求情况,进一步探索高等护理教育如何适应社会需求。方法 自制问卷向6所医院(“三甲”3所,“二甲”3所)166名各级医护管理人员调查护理本科生临床能力需求。结果政治思想素质、业务素质、人际沟通能力、体态素质为临床护理需求的前4位,以下依次为管理能力、学历、护理教育能力、科研能力、计算机及外语水平。结论临床特别需求具有良好专业品质,较强的实际工作能力及身心健康的学生,学校应特别重视这方面的教育。同时加强教学、科研、外语及计算机的教育,以推动学科发展。 Objective To know the clinical demands of nursing college graduates and explore how nursing collegetrains talents to adapt the social requirements. Methods A self-designed questionnair was used to investigate theability requirements of nursing college students in 166 medical staff in 6 hospitals. Results Political thought, pro-fessional ability, communication ability and posture were the first four demands of clinical nursing. Conclusion Thecollege should raise compound students with good professional moral culture, wide basal knowledge, body civilityand high communication ability. Nursing undergraduate course education and clinical demands should be bandedtogether on course setting, teaching tache and drawing and evaluating training aim.
