Influential factors of HBeAg negative for serum samples HBV-DNA positive from patients with HBV infection

目的 探讨 HBV感染者 HBV- DNA阳性血清 HBe Ag阴性的影响因素。方法 采用 ms- PCR及EL ISA方法分别检测 HBV感染者血清中 A- 1 896及 HBe Ag/ IC。结果 2 9例 HBV- DNA阳性、 HBe Ag阴性血清标本 ,HBe Ag/ IC阳性 1 7例 (5 8.7% ) ,单一 A- 1 896者 3例 (1 0 .3% ) ,HBe Ag/ IC及 A- 1 896共存 2例 (6 .9% )。结论 HBe Ag/ IC形成是 HBV- DNA阳性血清 HBe Ag阴性的主要原因 ,而非 A- 1

Objective\ to explore influential factors of HBeAg negative for serun samples HBV DNA positive from patients with HBV infection.Methods\ HBeAg/IC,A1896 if tested by ELAISA,ms PCR,respectively in these serum samples,Results\ Of 29 patients with HBeAg negative and serum HBV DNA positive,HBeAg/IC have been detected in 17(58 7%)serum samples;3(10%)cases infected with A1896 mutant of HBV;A1896 anc HBeAg/IC have been detected in 2(6 9%)serum samples.Conclusion\ The main reason for serum HBeAg negative is formation of HBeAg/IC rather than A 1896.
