体外及非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥手术临床分析(附82例报告)

Analysis of conventional coronay artery bypass grafting and off-pump coronary artery bypass graftings (report of 82 cases)

目的 对比体外循环下及心脏跳动下冠状动脉搭桥手术治疗冠心病的结果。方法 回顾分析 82例冠状动脉搭桥术的临床资料。应用体外循环 4 7例 (体外组 ) ,非体外循环 35例 (非体外组 ) ,对手术方法、主要并发症和围手术期治疗进行分析总结。结果 医院内死亡 2例 ,其中体外组 1例 ,术后第 14天死于肺部感染、急性肾功能衰竭 ;非体外组 1例 ,术后第 3天死于围手术期心肌梗死 ,余 80例顺利出院 ,1例复发心绞痛 ,药物治疗有效 ,疗效满意。结论 体外循环及非体外循环组冠状动脉搭桥手术在近期疗效。

Objective To compare the results of coronary artery bypass grafting between conventional CABG(cCABG) and OPCAB.Methods From Jan.2001 to July 2001,82 patients underwent coronary artery bypass grafting.Coronary artery bypass grafting with extracorporeal circulation in 47 patients,off pump coronary artery bypass grafting in 35 patients.Surgical techniques, peri operative treatments and post op complications were analyzed in this study.Results 2 patients died in hospital, one case was in cCABG group died from pulmonary infection and acute renal failure on 14th day.Another case was in OPCAB group died from peri operative myocardium infarction in the third day postoperatively.80 patients discharged with good results.Conclusions There is no significant difference in recent outcomes,post operation complications and mortality rate between cCABG and OPCAB.
