摘要
分析了螺旋压力机NPS型离合器工作特性 ,推导出打击力与油压的静态控制关系 ,指出提高卸压过程动态响应能力的途径 .介绍了所研制的新型快卸压高能螺旋压力机的结构特点及工作原理 .基于两种离合器工作过程计算机模拟对比和样机鉴定结果 ,证明新机型性能优于NPS型结构 ,为离合器式螺旋压力机的设计提供有益参考 .
By analyzing the working performance of NPS model clutch of screw press, the paper induces the static control relation between impact force and oil pressure, and puts forward a method to improve the dynamic response characteristics. Then the author introduces the structural characteristics and working principle of a new typed high energy screw press which can discharge pressure quickly. The comparative reswlts of computer simulation and prototype appraisal of two clutches proves that the new typed clutch is superior to NPS model in performance and will help to improve the design of the high energy screw press.
