摘要
目的 探讨交感型颈椎病发病机制。方法 采用神经组织化学方法 ,对家兔颈椎前软组织内肾上腺素能神经和胆碱能神经进行观察。结果 肾上腺素能纤维分布在前纵韧带内、椎前肌肌纤维间、小血管周围以及椎前筋膜内 ;乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性纤维散在于上述组织。结论 从形态学证实颈椎前软组织内存在大量的交感神经末梢。
Objective To study the pathogenesis of sympathetic spondylosis. Methods Using the neurohistochemical technique, the autonomic innervation of the rabbit pre cervical tissue was studied. Results The rich adrenergic nerve fibers were demonstrated in the anterior longitudinal ligament and among the preveterbral muscle fibers and around the little vessles and inside the preveterbral fascias, the few AchE positive nerve fibers were only found in the above. Conclusion A great number of sympathetic nerve endings lying in the pre cervical tissues is proved by the morphological evidence.
