摘要
目的 探讨晶体停搏液中钙镁离子浓度对幼兔心肌的影响。方法 采用Langendorff灌注装置 ,观察不同浓度钙镁离子停搏液对 7~ 14d幼兔心肌的影响。结果 停搏液镁离子为 15 0mmol/L、钙离子为 0 5mmol/L时 ,缺血后心功能 (AF、CO、SV、SP)恢复率 ,冠脉流出液心肌酶 (GOT、LDH、CK)值 ,心肌高能磷酸盐ATP的储存 ,与生理浓度钙镁离子停搏液及其它各组对比 ,效果最佳 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 高钙低镁晶体停搏液对幼兔心肌提供良好的心肌保护效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium and calcium of cardioplegia on immature myocardoium. Methods Modified Langendroff perfusion apparatus was used to study the influence of different concentrations of magnesium and calcium in the cardioplegia on immature rabbit hearts of 7 to 14 days old. Results Satisfactory cardioprotective effect was achieved when the concentration of magnesium and calcium was 15 00 mmol/L and 0 50 mmol/L respectively(the cardiac functional recovery rate, enzyme leakage of coronary effluent and ATP storage were excellent, comparied with other groups). Conclusion Cardioplegia supplemented with high magnesium and low calcium can yield satisfactory myocardial protection to immature myocardium.
