Treatment of spondylolisthesis with DRFS installation

目的 探讨一种新型脊柱滑脱复位固定装置的临床疗效。方法 对 2 9例腰椎滑脱症患者采用DRFS装置复位固定并脊柱融合术。结果 2 9例治疗患者获得 7～ 30月随访 ,平均复位率及脊柱融合率均达 10 0 %。结论 DRFS治疗脊柱滑脱复位满意、固定可靠、融合率高 。

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical effect of a new kind of spinal fixation installation. Methods 29 cases of spondylolisthesis were treated with reduction and fixation with DRFS, as well as spinal fusion. Results The 29 cases were followed up from 7 to 30 months(mean 15 months). The rates of both reduction and spinal fusion were 100 percent. Conclusion Treatmnet of spondylolisthesis with DRFS can produce satisfactory reduction and secure fixation which lead to high fusion rate. So it is an ideal method for treatment of spondylolisthesis.
